I never chaged that cvar.. in my cfg it's set to 10.. from about 1 year, so why dosent it work?

end round time is not working.. from about 1 week mp_round_restart_delay not working is set to 1, the round is ending suddenly when last player is dead.

my server won't start after update...please help .
I updated to the latest version off sourcemod 6020 and still won't start.. if i delete engine.csgo.txt server start and 80-90% off server...
