The state of being shot

When you are shot, you can't shoot straight. You shoot really upwards because you lose control of your gun, or you don't shoot at all. Is there a plugin that does this? If not, can it be created?

I've tried many invisibility plugins for CS 1.6, but none of them work against bots. Is there a plugin that allows you to become invisible to bots? If not, can someone write one? Thanks.

Is there a plugin that impedes your movement based on where and how many times you're shot? If no, that would be another great idea.

I would like to request for a plugin (or if there is) where when a person is shot, there is a sound of yell of pain from them. I find it unrealistic that each person can just take 10 shots from a mp5...
