I have had the drugs on other servers but you change color in 3rd person but in first you just sway around. Well, Ill just keep trying.

I can spawn them but when I use them they just disappear, and nothing happens.
Anything I could have missed? Like where <id> is do I have to put it's id?

I don't really understand how to install it. I read the directions, put the thing in the item id in the sql and they show up in game but when I use them nothing happens.
