I'll test it if using this values with tf2items KS and strange works for phlog.

EDIT* changing any value from any strange/ks weapon will disable counting tried "preserve-attributes" "1" , still...

Is not hard fix it, how many releases to fix it Asherkin made? After most tf2 updates we got same issue, just look at a old source and next and c the changes fixed, then look at last...
