I tried to add someone via browser and it works.
Maybe I should try to use a windows server instead of Linux.

The problem was that I was using a virtual hosting and my hoster does not allow users to create databases remotely. So I just installed MySQL on my VDS and finally, my bot has connected to the DB but...
