sounds must be exist in the "sound" folder, and put the path to the sound to res_list.cfg without "sound/" path with "mp3" or "wav" extension. Everybody hears sounds except the player which turned...

Test it full, maybe something doesn't work

1) Try load music for red team and check it in game whether it's work
2) Try load music for blue team and check it in game whether it's work
