Problem fixed, Deleted my folder source 2007 dedicated server and restarted it with steam. After that i redownloaded the war mod and placed it in the folder. Worked like a charm after that

So you mean i'm using cracked or something?
well I got a legal copy of css ;) and i run the server with source 2007 dedicated server. (home hosted)
So... :( and the lines i deleted was a friend of...
