The plugin is working, maybe your sound file bitrate is to high for the game. (Tested in CS:GO)

And you have to add this to your server.cfg

It's started as a Basic Donator/Vip menu but now its kinda big so i renamed the plugin to "advanced". i recommend this plugin for fun server because of the lot of fun function....
