标题不支持UTF-8
所以只好用英文

之前做说明文档简体版的时候，由于时间关系，函数参考部分没有汉化
一直是个遗憾
后来看到akson (http://www.amxmodx.org/forums/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=5015)所做的繁体版，函数参考部分也没有汉化
虽然对于大多数插件开发人员来说，函数参考部分的英文应该可以应付...

其实没有加入中文语系不是因为官方人员中没有华人
你可以看一下他们的多语言文件
包括几乎所有主流的语言
当然，除了亚洲文字
因为CS 1.5的引擎，也就是QUAKE的引擎
是不能完全支持UTF-8的，虽然可以通过改文件头的方法汉化
但毕竟不是正统的方法，而且容易出现BUG
基于这些原因考虑，AMX X一直没有加入中文
这些问题之前也跟官方提过...

官方大概认为中文不太重要

CHM文档的中文版几个月前已经递交BAILOPAN了
但不知道为什么此次的更新没有将其包括在内
