[CS:S] Cannot asign people custom flags

I want a custom flag (admin plugin) to have certain commands. Let's say that people assigned to the flag "p" gets the command !zones

I am sorry. I thought you meant the server's physical placement, which is not at home. In that case, yes, I am the host of the server.

Someone must have heard this before??? At least have an theory? I remember hearing this odd sound on zombie servers as well.. So strange and very annoying for the players..

Nevermind. I solved it. I forgot to edit databases.cfg to connect to mysql. It works now. But the annyoing sound is still there: https://soundcloud.com/pontus-heino/weird-sound

No plugins are loaded

After the update of metamod and sourcemod, no plugins are loaded. It worked fine with the old version of metamod (except for a annoying sound), but when sourcemod updated no plugin is loaded.

Admin restrictions

I want certain players to be restricted to a couple of commands. Let's say I only want to allow an admin to you sm_zones. How would I do that?
