!r - restarts from spawn point of the surf map
!watch kills player and puts him as a spectator

Start it open port 3306 (if server is outside localhost)

upload the map with webfiles rename it to amxbans. Put it in the www folder

Go to yourip/amxbans (or whatever your folder looks like)
