I just made a new CS 1.6 Dedicated Server and i set up everything.

The problem:
The amxx doesn't read the users.ini when the server starts. I put myself in the users.ini...

There is only one text at a time, but i want to change its color depending by the (count1*5) + (count2*3) + (count3) number. That's why the case is there.
