Is it possible to add trails to spawn_effect.sp?

It doesn't work to just copy/paste the other trails and just change values, and I don't understand how to add the trails from trails.ini.

Hi! Love your plugin!

Could you add an easier way to grant someone vip ingame?
I would also like higher flags to be able to toggle the vip on themselves, because I can't find a way to give myself...
