Your config looks fine. Did you open up translations/mutant_tanks_names.phrases.txt to update their names? The names in the config file are just used to help find the translations for their names...

I'll see what I can do about those. I remember having issues with the fires from those barrels in the past. Those barrels are the only props I couldn't block from causing friendly-fire.
