Have you tried a different directory? Cause I'm not sure why it doesn't work for just you two and it works without any problems on anonymous, and a first try with a real login for Mordekay.

I just tried it this morning. Using the command: "app_update 90 -beta beta validate", it downloaded everything after the 4th try.

It's been mentioned that you need to download multiple instances if you're still using anonymous as your steam login. That means you keep updating and downloading 2-5 times until everything is fully...
