it seems it is kinda not complete, for example: as a boomer when you vomit, you can vomit infinitly untill vomit animation ends(ofc it is restarted too), but once vomit animation finishes, cooldown...

Yeah you can look that way. But I prefer you to look as a free server. You will be able to add plugins as you wish, you will be able to manage users with no interference. You even might be plugin...
