i use this command for version 6153 :
steamcmd +login anonymous +force_install_dir C:\hlds +app_update 90 -beta beta
but i want version 6027 can someone tell me how to do it ?

you only change this :

search for plugin that allow you to give players some flags
And give them the vip flag , or you can change the vip flag manually in your vip plugin ...
