But it does not save the configuration for the client either when changing maps or when returning to the game.

I just said that this plugin has problems in versus mode, as reported here.

I use these 3 cvar in "server.cfg" file.

auto_all_bot_game_enable
sm_cvar allow_all_bot_survivor_team 1
sm_cvar sb_close_checkpoint_door_interval 0.25

Test it and see if it solves your...

Are you sure you installed the Dependencie Plugin?
I can't help anymore.
If it doesn't work, maybe it's better not to use it.

I think this only starts when you have 5 players or more on the server.

You are mistaken, it is not the plugin.
This plugin is for generating Mutant Tanks, but you want normal tanks.
This makes it very difficult.
But if you do the settings I mentioned, it will work.
