When you grab the weapon by slot you can get the wrong weapon if there are multiple weapons on the same slot (like knife and axe). You have to cycle m_hMyWeapons to grab all of them.

If nobody has time earlier I would write a plugin to be able to pickup those new weapons end of the week. ( weapon_breachcharge works anyways btw. )

Esp. a fists plugin would be welcome for a lot...

gamemode_survival.cfg is being used, but create gamemode_survival_server.cfg to adjust it

EDIT: But your console asks for the competive cfg, seems like the server runs in a wrong mode has to be 0...

Maybe use g_bFlipFlop = !g_bFlipFlop; to optimise code.
