I've managed to fix it, for possible server owners in the future I will tell you how I fixed it, I added this mp_weapons_allow_map_placed "1" into my gamemode_custom.cfg

Okay I managed to fix everything. Although Forceskin doesn't work. It still gives them the option to select a skin? More so people can use !models even though I forced it to admins only?
