Client side anti cheat

I have seen some server , I for the server ip.When ever we trying to connect to the server to ask us to download and install some anti cheat client tool.Any one idea about this...

Something like that some spam..

I used the my selfmodified signatures with my capture the flag cs1.6 server it works fine and i tested it multiple times.(Note: I dont know about other mods becz i am noob)...I am sure the above...
