I was thinking more about making those sound announcements hearable for current player only (hev suit similiar maybe) or for your current team like in radio commands (more fun and team awareness...

Plugin works excellent. Not even a single server crash until now. Good job! :)

But i do have a little suggestion for future versions tbh.
Could you consider adding sounds to "super weapons...
