And for taht admin stuff I solved it now .. it was caused by Admin Free look plugin (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=49487) because...

Hello does this mod have a bug or only my settings are bad?

1) When there are 2 admins (flags: abcdefghijklmnopqrstu)
only 1 admin can connect and play .. 2nd admin will be connected as spectator...
