HLDS (CentOS 7) Metamod can't s start

It was running fine .. untill I changed to metamod ..

[edit] it's because of the amxmodx, metamod just loaded fine ..

Teams limit for Sourcemod

Is there any way to limit certain team players number ?
For example to make
maxplayers for Blue = 3
maxplayers for Red = 29 ?

Not working again , crashed and the 2 times it spawned me it strips my weapons and don't show csdm menu

Thanks but I was thinking of it because my deathmatch servers both are bugged and I don't know why .. sometimes not on certain maps but sometimes it stuck on 20 or 24 players and nobody can't join .....

I have an idea why is possibly crashing but don't have idea how to fix it because I saw it is crashing only in the mode that it choses random spawn point maybe it needs to calculate spawn points on...
