[CS:GO] Can't Open Scoreboard

Hi,

Sometimes when i play i can't open the scoreboard, and sometimes when i want to show the scoreboard it shows in console "Unknown Command: spec_scoreboard". Giltch? :/ :grrr:

Suggestion:
Make another version that uses other methods, like a .ini file or nVault.. not everyone knows how to use SQL.

but if the steam profile name has some letters in other languages like Chinese or Arabic ..etc or symbols, it won't show up in game. :/
