The last Zblock (4.4) is disable the bunny-hopping. If you don't use the Zblock, simple write this to your server.cfg:

sv_airaccelerate 1

(normal setup = 10)
And the bunny-hopper can't be use...

Sorry but the VAC is a joke.
The VAC found same cheaters like the VBAC.
I have three servers. Legit and cracked servers. On my legit server i found many - many cheaters. The VAC does nothing....
