It looks correct, but I do see that you're referencing the stock weapons, specifically. Bear in mind that the stock weapons (Wrench,Scattergun, etc) are actually different than the strange variants....

Yeah, I just installed it a few days prior to the post, and when I attempt to draw never items, I get a return of "Invalid Item Index" when I try to use newer weapons.

I am trying this plugin and I got it to work. However, only lower indexed items will work. Items like the Sticky Jumper and all that work, but newer items like Mantreads, Saxxy, etc return invalid...

I believe that this may already exist on a server, but I couldn't find any such plugin of it. Basically it's an everybody versus one player plugin. Everybody is either the same (or maybe weakened)...
