Server Crashes.. ZP 4.3/ZPA/ZP 5.0

If I want to play with SAP Bank (Special Ammo Packs Bank), my Server crashes.. it has to be stopped with Task Manager..
On listen server in game it it just the same.
Please help

I heard, I need new 'natives' for the ZP 4.3
I want to play with the Sap Bank (Special Ammo Packs- Bank)

I've got an idea for a plugin but I can't script :/
My idea is if you get damage by anything that you see blood in your HUD like in Modern Warfare 1/2/3 or an Battlefield.....

Nice , but is the connection changed if I do sv_region 255 (default 3 because I'm europe) so I mean will other players have a higher/lower ping because of it?
