Is there anything we can do to alert Valve to the problem? And if not, what would one be looking for, exactly to fix the codes?

Are you using Bill as a bot? If so, you must switch him back to one of the other survivorbots before you enter the safe room, otherwise he'll cause the game to crash when the next chapter loads.

I'm using 2.5 version A, and when I switch to Bill it works fine, but if I switch a bot to Bill, when we change chapters, the game will crash seconds after the next chapter has loaded. I noticed that...
