I found that CSM 2.2 version doesn't seem to have this issue if player don't transform into Bill or use Bill as one of bot survivors, although it still has the same other problems like 2.5a/b...

Have you played any community campaigns that could confirm this problem? Does this only happen when players act Bill or merely using this plugin will cause the long lasting hordes?
