I'm sorry to repost but this plugin is broken at the moment due to the "vote dodging" issue that was supposedly patch but is not working anymore. Players can leave then rejoin to dodge votes.

Is there a way to fix the vote dodging issue where players leave the server and rejoins? I know it was patched in one of the updates but it stopped working...
