FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Cache_TryAlloc: 2331984 is greater then free hunk

Does anybody know the reason for that problem and maybe a way to avoid it?

Hello guys! I'd like to know if there's any way to disable "thetime" say command. Some guy is joining the server and executing a cfg which lauchs around 1000 say thetime commands and then everyone...

i am the game server provider.
I have 6 dedicated boxes (on a data center). all gameservers on them dont appear on the public list :/

I mean that's not firewall blocking connection to steam servers or something like that.
Tried to talk to Alfred Reynolds from Valve, he replied me at least, but i'm waiting for another reply with...

I've been trying to downgrade, used build 4617, 4883 and 5006, sv_region 255, disabled all addons, tracerted all master servers ip's to see if could be something related to firewall...
