Hmm, well now that I think about it checking steam id's wouldn't make sense at all. IPs would be beneficial so people don't join the IRC server after being banned and spam the heck out of the server.

Plugin should check banned STEAM_IDs or IPs and not allow them to join the IRC server according to that. Would it be possible to change the following things?

Yes working fine. Would it be possible to add @ if you have admin in the server? That would be awesome! Color for messages sent to the server would be awesome also.
