can anyone make an a plugin that makes armor tough?

for example it will now work diferintly, each armor point could block 1 bullet
for ex. you have 5AP and it can block 5 bullets of any weapon...

you dont get the id, he wants a plugin that can control other player while spectating him, for istance he is watching player and presses "w" then the client wich he is watching executes +forward...

you should add a code that checks if weapon is already relaodes, because i tested and presses reload on fully reloaded weapon, than changed weapon or just shooted and he shouted reloading
