It was multiple times in a row. Like I said, needed to change target folder, tried to update to get some sort of different error 0x(something), then change folder back, and then it updated...

Cause ping is a random thing, and every player would rather blame some plugin, than their own inability to adapt to hard situations or ping, even if the plugin has nothing to do with it - math...

you can comment "#define BLOCK_CLIENT_SIDE_DD_VIEW", and it will remove client-side block, and effect will be gone, but other things will pop up at high ping.
