You can change view model position with $origin (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$origin) command in qc file,
or just ask someone to write a sourcemod plugin for you.

There are three ways to flip v model.

1.cl_righthand 1

2.Use MilkShape 3D (http://www.milkshape3d.com/ms3d/download.html)

3.Use Gflip (http://gamebanana.com/tools/4907) (CS1.6)
