Never mind, I have now resolved this problem by putting the default .cfg file on the server. I needed it fast and although the server is filled with AWP whores it's working. Can I restrict weapons...

I've just added the sv_consistency 0. Works now. I don't have any scripts running except mani which wont run properly and CSSDM, which works fine.
