sm_admin command can't work with authentication other then steam ID?

I try to acess the admin menu with my username but it don't work.

I've tried it with the buyzone range mod, it doesn't work. Than I tried it with some FY map that can get armor from ground, it didn't work too.

I've a problem. When a player killed by a supernade , it will not go to Death type camera , the player will remain lying on the ground with 0 HP.

Is this a glitch?

I used your plugin and found that if I want to buy more than 100 armor, It will come out a message that say :must be at buyzone (even if i'm in the buyzone)

can someone please help me?
