Why isnt the TFC Plugins showing?

My laptop got stolen over the summer and im rebuilding our 24/7 server! But i need the TFC plugins which had a HUGE selection over and i really need to rebuild...

When i go to install metamod by putting the correct code into liblist.gam, the server crashes because im loading metamod.dll

so i swich it back to default and it works nicely....
