Are you sure? That says it's for the start and end of the round. To me, that sounds like they would start with the given weapons at the beginning of the round, but then revert back to their own...

This plugin also affects the rescue ranger so that it has explosive bolts. This must be unknown to the plugin author, as it is not stated anywhere and there is no setting for it.

I just got time to to test this plugin. The config file didn't auto-generate. I put the one you provided into /addons/sourcemod/configs after setting the delay to 2, and then restarted the server,...

For the convar "sm_explarrows_radius" that defines the radius of the explosion, it is stated that the default is 200. What does this 200 represent? Hammer units? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Could there be a convar similar to this command "sm_giveweapon_ex or sm_givew_ex"? I want all players to automatically spawn with 4 specific weapons each and every time they spawn.

This! Except in my case I want to make it so that cars can't DEAL damage to players, but can RECEIVE damage from non-cart players using cv_bumpercar_blockplayerdmg "0"

Thank you for the confirmation, but I ended up going with Tylerst's "TF2 Add Condition" plugin because yours does not allow for duration to be set for the effects....

Why does this ignore the SilentChatTrigger '/' found in the sourcemod core.cfg?
/admins should show the admin list without displaying the command in chat, but instead it shows the command in chat.
