These guys are investigating prediction and hit registration now, they asked me to implement hitboxes tracking on server-side.

You should ask Valve to implement proper input on arabic languages in goldsource client.
HLDS already has unicode support.

It's not as simple as it seems to be - there are a lot of gotchas there. Every signature should be reviewed by human.

You have to create signature files specific for rehlds binaries to get Orpheu working. Signatures for original engine don't work for rehlds because rehlds is built with more modern compilers.

AFAIK, these limits are also exist on the client, so it doesn't make sense to increase them on server-side only.

1. It's not optimized and therefore it wastes CPU time. You may get more FPS or run more servers/slots on the same box if you use ReHLDS.
