Did it work before with Heartbeat plugin setting the black and white status?

Otherwise that plugin probably should check for "m_bIsOnThirdStrike" in L4D2 or "m_currentReviveCount" == 2 in L4D1....

That plugin would need to integrate with Heartbeat plugin, right now it's ignoring the existence of Heartbeat plugin and setting the values itself for reviving.
