Nope, it was their own advertisements. They are controlling them in some way. They used it for phrases like 'Become a donator and get....'. The word donator would be purple and the rest in another...

I was on a Lotus TF2 server today and noticed they had purple and yellow advertisements. Does anyone know how they do that? I suppose a custom plugin....
