I've been told regex handles leak memory, so I added CloseHandle(regex) before return replacements.

That's what I thought, but I have heard reports of SQL admins conflicting with SourceBans. Whether it's solved with the 1.5.0 plugin I have not yet investigated.

The reason for disabling basebans...

Only if they're replacing functionality, as you know SourceBans does it to basebans and now sql-admins.
