was able to get it all up an running but now my admins can only ban up to a week not perm i checked cfg files ect any help?

okay so i have set up my panel again on stoners-hideout.com/bans an its just sitting retrieving server info i whitelist the ips for the hosting an such but cannont get the server to connect to the...

i have this installed on my server
Game CSS everything is up to date it says it bans on the sourcebans site but it does not ban,
they rejoin an it says there banned on the panel for souncebans but...
