make a config and place it in this folder:
/css/cstrike/addons/sourcemod/configs/restrict

so it would be named fy_poolparty.cfg

in the cfg put this cvar

sm_restrict awp both

Steam update 5/15 @ 7p.m. has disabled restrictions!

Works like a charm , Ive wiped CS:S server clean and reinstalled this many times in last few weeks.
