By shutting off the warm up round and turning on the perplayer feature I was able to get it to work somewhat...it now defaults to two awps per team no matter how many are in the server......

yea I know I do....I was trying to tweek it and was hoping that would get it to work cuz it didn't work with 1 or 0...the awps just remaind restricted to 0 no matter what I do...

This is my config as of right now....I under stand the perplayer config file...and I know that someone said if their are over 12 players that it draws the restriction from somewhere else (can't...

Everything works fine on this except it start with awps as restricted to 0 by default.

I tried editing the per player restrict as well as a few other things that were in the directions and...
