I think he needs to Delete the Install Folder, as well as the Update Folder.

I have loaded the latest versions of MM, SM and SDK Hooks (as well as necessary Hlstats and Sourcebans plugins).

The server is fully operational upon start...

My server was hacked recently. I believe it was done via rcon, but am not certain. I have since changed the rcon and yet the hackers, were able to get back in.
