thats the thing; they are all there for download and all files are listed, i have checked, checked and checked again

i did notice, however, they would show up, but if i rejoin a few minutes later...

Worked fine before update, nothing changed. Someone complained of an error sign, so I investigated

Replaced the gamedata.txt..

Skins are invisible/error signs and one skin downloads everytime...
