I have just freshly installed a CS server together with MM:S, SM and your plugin. The only variable I changed is I enabled free-for-all mode.

I'm not sure if this is an isolated case, but ammo replenishment does not work for me. I have fixed this by setting sv_infinite_ammo to 2, but I'm just letting you know so that you can test it...
